I can remember being up there in Home Wood once, and we were older then, we were right at the top of the woods on the right-hand side in a dip, all sat there and talking and Peter Wright said that he’d heard there were some Italian prisoners escaped from the prison down over at Sutton Benger way, that way somewhere, so we were all listening and could hear all this wood crackling and then it was getting so near to tea time we all decided to take a run for it.
